Diane Fardoun and her team draw an authentic portrait of an art in constant evolution. Dance is important and omnipresent in Senegalese culture. The new generations are nourish themselves with the traditions. But they are also inspired by their reality, their time, new trends, to create new forms, new languages. And thus find their freedom, their expression. From Dakar to Ngor, the expression of the bodies, the beauty of the movement, the sincerity of the dancers and the magic of the shooting give shivers.
